How Warranty Repairs Work (Step‑by‑Step)
- Check‑In & Contract Review
Bring your service contract, plan/member ID, and the administrator’s phone number. We’ll confirm coverage and your deductible. - Professional Diagnosis
Most administrators require a documented diagnosis. Our ASE‑certified technicians test first; some cases may require teardown approval. - Pre‑Authorization
We contact the administrator, submit findings, and obtain authorization before repair. - Repair & Quality Control
We complete the repair with quality parts, then road‑test and re‑inspect. - Payment & Pickup
Administrators usually pay us directly. You cover the deductible and any non‑covered items.
